My name is Jeff Bangerter, I am the writer of the Facebook Page Optimism and have first hand knowledge of how optimism can make a difference in your life. In 2007 I was the President and Founder of a Mortgage Broker company that had expanded into 26 States and we had 750 Loan Officers. We were the 30th largest Reverse Mortgage Lender in the United States.

That all changed as the economy fell apart, we closed office after office and finally closed our firm and my partner and I joined a bank to offer mortgages ourselves. Talk about a distressing time!

Lucky for me I am also in the financial services business in other ways with other licenses and was able to focus my attention back on that area of business. None the less to be at the helm of a growing business that completely falls apart takes a lot out of a person.

Years ago I was an avid reader of motivational books and found a need to return to my roots, what a God send, the information found on the pages of the books that I have been reading and disks I have been listing to have returned me to a state of full optimism about my future and I know it can do it for you as well.

While I do miss the income of my past glory I know that I am a better person for the experience and I have learned to have more than one income source. While many of us have had similar economic melt downs I think that it is important that we grow from the experience, that is why I have been offering optimistic thoughts on a daily basis and will continue to do so.
